Winner of The Pitch 2023, Alice is a hard-hitting re-telling of Judas. Accomplished producer Jake Falconer turns his hand to writing & directing, shooting the film in 2023 across London with Reel Issues Films producer Luke Walton and Jackie Sheppard of Footprint Films. 

Alice has sold details about her famous daughter to the press. The daughter’s ensuing overdose and the money burning a hole in Alice’s pocket takes on a deeper meaning of betrayal, guilt and whether Alice should be forgiven. 

The adaptation focuses on Judas in the days after the betrayal. It follows his journey to remorse and his vain attempt to return his thirty pieces of silver (Matthew 27:3-27:6). 

Alice has completed post-production and is entering the festival circuit as of summer 2024
